By booking any service with ISO Coast Co., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Policies.

A non-refundable 20% retainer is required to secure all bookings made through our website, email, social media, or direct communication. The remaining balance is due the day of your scheduled session.

Unless otherwise stated on your selected package, all edited galleries are delivered through a private online Lightroom gallery. Wedding galleries are delivered according to the turnaround time listed in your selected wedding package.

Gallery links remain active for 14 days before expiring. Although online galleries expire, all edited images are securely archived by ISO Coast Co. and may be reissued if needed.

ISO Coast Co. accepts Apple Pay, Cash App, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, and other approved electronic payment methods.

Cash payments are not accepted.

All payments, including retainers, are non-refundable.

If ISO Coast Co. is unable to fulfill its contractual obligations due to circumstances within our control, an appropriate refund or alternative solution will be provided.

One complimentary reschedule is permitted with reasonable notice.

Additional reschedule requests or repeated postponements may result in cancellation of the booking, with all payments forfeited.

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late, failing to appear, or providing an incorrect meeting location that prevents the session from taking place will forfeit their session without refund.

Session end times will not be extended due to late arrival.

Travel within 25 miles of San Luis Obispo, California is included with all standard sessions.

Locations outside this radius may require an additional travel fee based on distance and travel time. Any travel fees will always be discussed and approved before booking.

Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather, natural disasters, venue closures, or other circumstances beyond either party's control.

ISO Coast Co. will work with clients to find the next available date whenever possible.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information to receive booking confirmations, invoices, reminders, and gallery delivery notifications.

Unless requested otherwise in writing before the session, ISO Coast Co. reserves the right to use photographs and video content for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and other promotional purposes.

Clients acknowledge that they are booking ISO Coast Co. based on our artistic style and editing approach.

All final edits are completed at the sole discretion of ISO Coast Co.

RAW (unedited) image or video files are never delivered, and additional editing requests outside of ISO Coast Co.'s established style are not offered.

All photographs and video content remain the intellectual property of ISO Coast Co. and are protected under U.S. copyright law.

Images and videos may not be altered, filtered, edited, manipulated, sold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Sharing your gallery on social media is always encouraged; however, applying additional filters or edits is prohibited, as doing so no longer represents the quality and artistic style of ISO Coast Co.

By submitting a booking request, paying a retainer, or signing a service agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all policies listed above.
